I’m helping to promote Personalised Gifts Shop, the online retail business. Owner Jane Gokgoz asked me to look at business profile placement in order to raise awareness of her company and help drive even more traffic to the site. Jane founded the business at her kitchen table with just £5.50 and this year is set to turnover in excess of £4m, by offering great products and a fantastic service – and she has some really good advice on how to grow a business and retain control.
